1 Legislation of freedom of movement in Special Protection Areas Abstract The thesis is covering the legislation of freedom of movement in Special Protection Areas, in particular the limitations of freedom of movement embedded it the Act on the Protection of Nature and Landscape are examined. The timeliness of this topic lies in the consequences of the Covid-19 epidemic, the media conveying ideas and trends to visit attractive territories and technological progress that provide easy access to inaccessible places for a wide range of people. The aim of the thesis is the analysis of the current legal regulation of Special Protection Areas and the assessment of the adequacy and fulfillment of the purpose of the limitation of fundamental freedom of movement by this legislation. This thesis provides an explanation of the fundamental freedom of movement, the legal regulation of the right of public use of nature and landscape and Special Protection Areas, the organization of nature and landscape protection and the instruments of nature and landscape protection. Specifics of land ownership in specially protected areas

This thesis focuses on the specifics of land ownership in specially protected areas. The objective was to determine the status of landowners in these protected areas. The study primarily concentrates on the conditions, obligations, and restrictions that affect landowners in these areas, including the compensations they are entitled to for such restrictions. The thesis also introduces some other institutions that can be used in the protection of nature and landscape. Legal regulations of both public and private law are analyzed, with an emphasis on public law, which includes legal statutes regulating the protection of nature and landscape. Case law addressing the area of nature and landscape protection and property rights is also utilized. The main part of the thesis is an analysis of specific rights and duties for landowners in specially protected areas. It also discusses the position of landowners in the actual declaration of specially protected areas. Mentioned as well are compensations due to owners in case of limitations on their property rights for the purpose of protecting nature and landscape. The topic of this diploma thesis is legal regulation of special territorial protection of nature and landscape in the Czech republic. The diploma thesis focuses itself mainly on the legal regulation of large-scaled specially protected areas, however some room is given also to small-scaled specially protected areas and to Natura 2000 system. This diploma thesis is systematically divided into the introduction, three parts and the conclusion. The main part of this thesis is its second part. The fisrt part deals with the protection of the environment in general and its component protection (air protection, water protection, soil protection, forest protection and protection of nature and landscape), and also defines the most important terms in field of nature and landscape protection. 1 ABSTRACT Specifics of Landownership in Specially Protected Areas The thesis deals with specifics of landownership in specially protected areas. The objective is to describe and analyze institutes that a landowner is presumably to encounter in specially protected areas. The thesis also presents the specifics related to the state as landowner in specially protected areas. First chapter as an introduction to the issue presents groundings of specially protected areas in legislation of the Czech Republic. Second chapter firstly provides a definition of landowner in specially protected areas. In connection with the state as landowner in specially protected areas, the rest of the second chapter is dedicated to latter mentioned issue. Followed by an introduction of fundamental institutes that the state implements in terms of achieving the aim of the state being the majority landowner of selected specially protected areas due to its uniqueness. This diploma thesis deals with the analysis and comparison of the legal regulation of special territorial nature protection in the Czech Republic and the State of Israel. The main aim of the diploma thesis is to provide an overview of the legal regimes pertaining to special territorial nature protection in the compared countries and to confront different legal institutes and thus draw attention to some problematic aspects of the present law. The thesis is divided into 5 chapters. The first chapter provides an introduction and is followed by the second chapter, which deals with the legal regulation of the special territorial nature protection in the Czech Republic and it is divided into five parts. The diploma thesis deals with legal regime of practicing tourism and sports in specially protected areas of the Czech Republic. Specially protected areas are areas with stricter protection regime of nature on specific accurately assessed flat territory. The thesis is composed of five chapters dealing with mutual relationship between sports and environmental protection, general definition of law of specially protected areas of the Czech Republic with a focus on protection tools and sports and tourism activities. Last two chapters are devoted to the pursuit of climbing in the Protected Landscape Area Jizerské hory and the National Park České Švýcarsko. Regulatory instruments of cycloturism in specially protected areas

Cyclotourism is one of the most popular recreational activities nowadays, and specially protected areas are often chosen as a preferred destination. This thesis covers the issues that can arise from excessive tourist use of the area, or by not complying with the rules set by the law, or by an administration of the protected area. Cyclotourism has a considerate impact on the environment. The most affected components are vegetation, soil, aquatic ecosystems, and animals located near trails. Regulatory instruments of cyclotourism in specially protected areas are analysed and compared in this thesis. This analysis has covered four European countries, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany, and Austria. The lowest level of restrictions was found to be present in the Czech Republic, the highest on the other hand in Austria. The degradation of the environment caused by cyclotourism is examined in the practical section of this thesis. In this bachelor work was evaluated 6 small specially protected areas (SPA) in the district Hodonin a total area of 108.15 hectares. There is detailed disassembly present state and management in every one protected areas and interpretation results were evaluated with the assistance of a methodology designed to test the SPA (Svátek, Buček 2005). Using this methodology, we get a quick and efficient overview of the current status and management of protected areas. The work is composed in such a way that it first introduced the selected area and its natural conditions and followed his evaluation.
Analýza a srovnání specifik krajiny mikroregionu Bučovicko

The thesis dealt with the analysis and comparison of the specifics of the landscape Bučovicko microregion, which is located in Vyškov district. There were identified and analyzed changes in the landscape of the micro-region with a focus on small-scale protected areas, their comparison during the selected time period, including a comparison of proposals and implementation plans. There was realized a literature review, a comparative method and the method of semi-structured interview and SWOT analysis. The results are following: according to analysis of land use, the Bučovicko microregion increases the area of agricultural land since 2000-2016 by 11.5 %, while the area of forest land decreased by 12.5 %. Comparing to the use of specially protected areas in the Bučovicko microregion during the 1950-2013, implementation management plans for such areas applied immediately after their announcement. According to semi-structured interviews with representatives of the government results were rather negative, mainly due to restrictions on activities. The results of SWOT analysis underlined strengths, mainly thanks to Bučovice status as a district center and the main actor in relation to the development of the microregion.
